Do you ever ask yourself why we continue to go in circles?
It is true for a many of us… we get stuck in the same situations over and over again, whether it be bad relationships, jobs that we can’t stand to go to, or even letting others mentally and physically abuse us. We tell ourselves this will never happen to me again, just to find ourselves back in the same bad place, having learned nothing. About 2 years ago I decided to break the cycle. I was worn out from running in circles, not getting anywhere.

A very important part of my daily routine is my morning workout! I always feel so good about myself afterwards, but oh my, sometimes finding the motivation to do it seems impossible. Here are two things I use that help me find the energy and motivation to workout: Mito2Max and Motivate Essential Oil Blend.
Word on the street is that you NEVER pray for patience or strength without telling the Lord SPECIFICALLY what you need. You know how people say "be careful what you wish for"? Well, I'm here to tell you that you should also be careful what you pray for. God is good and he will answer your prayers, it just might not be the answer you were hoping for.
We talked about Lavender... now let's talk about Lemon! Another oil that we use regularly in my family is Lemon Essential Oil. There are SO many uses for this one I don’t even know where to start.
Do you ever have a gut feeling, but go against it ? I have.
UGH! I should have gone with my first thought! we think to ourselves, just to do it again next time. We as humans tend to overthink everything. We worry, what are people going to say, am I going to disappoint everyone? Why do we feel that everyone is so much more important than us? Our goal everyday is to not be categorized as selfish. Peacefulness.
Just thinking of the word makes me feel better . I always wondered what it would be like to feel peace or fullness. We have to let go of a lot of things before we can enjoy the feeling of peace. How do I maintain my mental health?
I don’t know about you guys, but for me, keeping my mental health in check requires a routine, and I have to stick to. My routine consists of spiritual and physical exercise (before you ask, no I don't run lol). When I say physical health, I'm referring to eating. I know you want to run after reading that, but please hear me out; I am not here to discuss diet plans or help you to calculate calories. I am talking about eating, at the same time every day if possible. Mended faith? What does that mean to you?
Googledictionary.com explains the word mended: to make (something broken, worn, torn, or otherwise damaged) whole, sound, or usable by repairing. The word Faith explained in the British Dictionary: strong or unshakable belief in something. I liked the British definition better than the American definition, and since I am a blogger, I can do that, I think. Let’s be real here... we all need mending in one way or another. My journey to mending faith started in 1999, when I walked into Captain Haslam’s office at the Behavioral Health section at Edwards AFB and, for the first time ever, checked the box that said "have you ever experienced abuse?". I didn't realize until recently that, that’s when my journey to mended faith began. Wow! It sure has been a long time. 18 years! No that does not mean that it will take you 18 years to mend whatever it is that needs mending in your life. We just simply have to admit to ourselves that yes, terrible things happened to us... and then come out of this dark place that we call our "comfort zone", and begin healing. Let's still hang out with Lavender for today. I know there are many more oils that we should (and will) discuss, but Lavender has become such a big part of my life that I feel we can't move on to other oils just yet.
Let's talk about Lavender. There are so many benefits! If you know me, you know I have no problem talking for two weeks straight… so I will try my best to describe this amazing oil in as few words as possible. What I'm trying to say is “bear with me”.
