Okay guys, it’s been a while since I posted about my oils, but here I am! Let’s talk about Peppermint! Peppermint is one of the main essential oils we use. There are so many ways to use it that I don’t even know where to start.
One of the many ways you can use Peppermint Essential Oil is on those hot summer days to cool down. You can put a few drops in a spray bottle mixed with water and spray yourself down with the mix… and as an added bonus, most bugs hate the smell of peppermint!
When my oldest daughter was pregnant with my grandson, she got a nasty case of the flu in her third trimester. She had a raised temperature, so I applied a few drops of peppermint (diluted of course) on her feet and within 20 minutes her temperature was back to normal.
I smell Peppermint, or take a drop when I’m feeling sick to my stomach. If my head starts to hurt, I rub peppermint on my temples and the back of my neck.
Peppermint Essential Oil is very strong, so make sure you don’t touch your eyes directly after using peppermint.
